Buggy 2 in 1 - Which Type is Right For You?
A buggy 2 in 1 offers you the freedom to go from urban strollin' to offroading, and many other modes that make life with a child easier! What type of buggy should you pick?
Modular seats are independent of the frame and provide instant apprehension to parent or face forward to your kid, & most of them recline too.
Full Size
Our go(tm), inline(r) version of the buggy 2-in-1 is perfect for new-borns right out of the box. It has infinite recline levels to allow for napping and a completely flat bed. The seat is cushioned and placed in the best position to distribute weight evenly & ensure a stable center of gravity so you can bounce across any kerbs. It folds up neatly and can be tucked away into the boot of your car. And if your kids want to go on their own it can easily be converted to a smooth go(tm) single.
Umbrella
There are two or more umbrella buggy options available on the market. Compared to 2 in 1 travel system of our selection they tend to be smaller and lighter when folded. Our favorite models are the Mountain Buggy Nano Duo and the Delta Children LX side by side. two in one pram are both sleek & stylish, have some of the most storage space available in our collection, and feature reclining seats & leg rests. But, they're missing certain features that we believe are not essential for a stroller of this size.
3-Wheel
A 3-wheeler offers the best manoeuvrability and performance on all terrains especially in offroad conditions. They are larger than a full-size buggy, and also have bigger tyres. This gives them more grip and stability for rough terrain. They can turn on a dime and are incredibly easy to steer with just one hand, but are extremely light and agile.
The beauty of a 3-wheel buggy is that they can be used from the time of birth (if you are using an adapter for your car seat) or when your kid is getting older and no longer needs to use a car seat for any longer. They are perfect for those quick trips out and about town, or if you want something that will be able to handle more rough stuff on your walks.

They may be a bit heavier than an umbrella buggy however this is often down to the fact that they come with more features and are made for more rugged uses and will withstand a bit more abuse. The seat can fold, unlike some umbrella buggies. This is a great option for when your child needs to nap while you're out and about.
Fabric slings sit comfortably inside the frame as opposed to on top of it like modulars do - this instantly provides a lower center of gravity as well as better weight distribution. This makes it much easier to push, lighter to kerb pop (no need to put excessive force on the handlebar to raise the nose over the bump) and, in general, more comfortable for your kid(s).
A few of our favorites include the Red Dot award winning duet(tm) the all-terrain rescuer that is modular from day one, offering endless seating options for twins or siblings and a truly epic design with melange and texturous fabrics as well as tailored appeal. You could also consider voyager(tm) as the only inline buggy that is two in one and has a modular design, as well as many different options. It's built on the renowned sport(tm platform).
4-Wheel
